Agreement:

Orders will be filled and shipped to location within 72 hours of receiving order form.  Price will reflect wholesale pricing that is established between store and Big Taste LLC.  All orders received after 3 pm est. will be processed the next day and 72 hour process will begin on that date.

Store is required to purchase any amount as long as total has a minimum  order of 12 each.  Pricing will reflect negotiated price for that store.  Prices are subject to change and will be reflected within 30 days after store has been notified
